南京市城市建设档案馆成立于1980年,是国内最早成立的城建档案馆之一,前身可追溯至解放初期成立的南京市城建局档案资料室,继承保管了民国时期原南京市工务局的技术档案。现馆库为2001年投入使用,建筑面积6500平方米,馆藏城市规划、建设和管理档案28万余卷,约12000延长米,年均进馆档案约25000卷。自2001年晋升为国家一级城建档案馆以来,规范化、标准化的档案基础业务和信息化建设工作成为我馆特色。先后参与编制了城建档案工作的2个国家标准、3个建设行业标准和2个建设行业地方
Founded in 1980, Nanjing City Construction Archives is one of the earliest urban construction archives in China. Its predecessor dates back to the Archives and Materials Office of Nanjing Urban Construction Bureau set up in the early days of the liberation and inherits the technology of former Nanjing Bureau of Works file. The library is now in operation in 2001 with a gross floor area of 6,500 square meters. The city plans to collect, construct and manage more than 280,000 volumes of archives, about 12,000 meters of rice, and an average of 25,000 volumes annually.
