从儿童的成长过程来看,目前我国儿童焦虑心理的总体情况越来越呈现出低龄化的趋向。问题是如何做到有效缓解或调解低龄儿童的焦虑心理状况呢?在笔者看来,我们应该借助儿童文学教育,它既能帮助低龄儿童调解焦虑心理,也能够拓宽低龄儿童的眼界,以便为儿童健康、快乐成长创造条件。本文就针对儿童文学对低龄儿童焦虑心理调节效果进行了一些探究,以期为大家带来一些有益的思考。
From the process of children’s growth, the current general situation of children’s anxiety in our country is showing an increasingly younger trend. The question is how to effectively alleviate or mediate the psychological anxiety of young children? In my opinion, we should make use of the education of children’s literature. It not only helps young children to mediate anxiety but also broaden the horizons of young children in order to provide children Healthy and happy to create the conditions for growth. This article aims at children’s literature on the psychological adjustment of anxiety in young children to conduct some research, with a view to bring some useful thinking.
