发展电动汽车产业不仅有利于提高能源安全保障能力、促进节能减排,还有利于促进产业升级。电网企业的参与有利于推动电动汽车产业的发展。运营模式的制定是充换电服务网络构建的前提和关键,应对国家发展战略进行客观、全面的解读,并符合产业关键技术经济特性和用户需求。
The development of electric vehicle industry is not only conducive to improving energy security capabilities, promote energy-saving emission reduction, but also help to promote industrial upgrading. The participation of power grid enterprises is conducive to promoting the development of electric vehicle industry. The formulation of operation mode is the precondition and key of the construction of charging and substituting service network. It should carry out an objective and comprehensive interpretation of the national development strategy and meet the key technical and economic characteristics and user needs of the industry.
