为从分子水平探讨自行研制的由鸦胆子、紫草、莪术等组成的中药外用制剂疣毒净治疗尖锐湿疣的作用机理,本研究采用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)检测3例离体尖锐湿疣(CA)皮损中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)DNA经疣毒净外用剂作用后的变化。结果显示当CA组织块匀浆液的含量在0.10mg/L以下时,经0.5kg/L以上浓度疣毒净外用剂作用7d后,PCR_HPV_DNA检测为阴性,提示疣毒净外用剂对离体CA组织中的HPV_DNA可能有某种破坏作用。
In order to explore the mechanism of self-developed external preparations of traditional Chinese medicine consisting of Brucea javanica, Lithospermum erythrorhizon, and Curcuma longum on condyloma acuminatum at the molecular level, this study used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to detect three cases of condyloma acuminatum. (CA) Changes in human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA in skin lesions after exposure to a net external agent of scorpion venom. The results showed that when the content of CA tissue homogenate solution was below 0.10 mg/L, the concentration of PCR-HPV_DNA was negative after a concentration of 0.5 kg/L or more of scorpion venom topically applied agent for 7 days, indicating that scorpion venom netting agent was ex vivo. The HPV_DNA in the CA tissue may have some kind of destructive effect.
