目的研究超声引导下无痛人流术与常规无痛人流术的临床疗效。方法选择在我站接受无痛人流手术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为行超声引导下无痛人流术的观察组与常规无痛人流术的对照组,观察手术相关指标及术后恢复指标。结果观察组患者手术时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,但术中出血量、术后HAMA评分、HAMD评分、NRS评分均低于对照组。结论超声引导下无痛人流术有助于减小手术创伤、缓解术后应激,具有积极的临床价值。
Objective To study the clinical effects of painless abortion guided by ultrasound and conventional painless abortion. Methods The patients who underwent painless abortion in our station were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group undergoing painless abortion under ultrasound guidance and control group with conventional painless abortion. The indexes related to surgery and postoperative recovery indexes were observed. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the observation group and the control group, but the intraoperative blood loss, postoperative HAMA score, HAMD score and NRS score were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Painless abortion guided by ultrasound can help to reduce the surgical trauma and relieve postoperative stress, which has positive clinical value.
