目的 :CDKN2 (P 16 /MTS 1)是细胞周期抑制基因和抑癌基因。探讨该基因产物P 16 /MTS 1在大肠癌及其对照组织中的表达与大肠癌发病的关系及对预后的预测价值。方法 :应用S P免疫组织化学染色技术和图像分析技术对 2 5例大肠癌、10例大肠腺瘤、8例正常大肠石蜡包埋组织切片进行P 16 /MTS 1定性和定量分析 ,并观察P 16表达与大肠癌发病及术后 5年生存率的关系。结果 :P 16在大肠癌、大肠腺瘤、正常大肠组织表达阳性率分别为 6 4%、6 0 %、2 5 % ,染色灰度分别为132 .16 1± 1.5 42、147.415± 2 .5 48、15 1.910± 2 .86 3(P <0 .0 5 ) ,P 16表达阳性和阴性的大肠癌患者术后 5年生存率分别为81.2 5 %和 6 6 .6 7%。结论 :提示P 16在大肠癌的表达与大肠癌的发病相关 ,可能成为大肠癌预后有价值的指标之一。
Purpose : CDKN2 (P 16 /MTS 1) is a cell cycle suppressor gene and tumor suppressor gene. To investigate the relationship between the expression of the gene product P 16 /MTS 1 in colorectal cancer and its control tissues and the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer and its prognostic value. METHODS: P 16 /MTS 1 was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed in 25 cases of colorectal cancer, 10 cases of large intestine adenoma and 8 cases of normal colonic paraffin-embedded tissue sections using SP immunohistochemical staining and image analysis techniques. The relationship between expression and colorectal cancer incidence and postoperative 5-year survival rate. Results: The positive rates of P 16 expression in colorectal cancer, colorectal adenoma, and normal colorectal tissue were 6 4%, 60%, and 25%, respectively, and the staining gradations were 132.16 1±1.5 42, 147.415±2.5, respectively. 48.15 1.910 ± 2.86 3 (P <0.05). The postoperative 5-year survival rates of patients with colorectal cancer with positive expression of P 16 and negative were 81.25% and 66.67%, respectively. Conclusion : It is suggested that the expression of P 16 in colorectal cancer is related to the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer. It may be one of the valuable indicators of the prognosis of colorectal cancer.
