针对 16MnR封头在使用过程中的磨蚀情况 ,通过分析 16MnR成分及性能 ,确定了对其进行堆焊修复的方案 ,提出使用手工电弧焊的方法 ,可以对其进行成功的修复
Aiming at the abrasion condition of 16MnR head during operation, the solution of surfacing welding of 16MnR head was analyzed by analyzing the composition and properties of 16MnR. The method of manual arc welding was proposed to repair the 16MnR head successfully.
