《商务谈判》是高校财经、贸易、管理等专业的核心专业课,该门课程的综合性强,涉猎的知识面广,重在培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,以培养素质全面的商务谈判人才。其重要性不言而喻,但教师如何教、学生如何学、才能最终达到提高学生商务谈判能力的教学效果,一直是学生、教师探讨的问题。本文采用实证研究的方法,通过对开展教学实践活动前后教学效果的对比分析,提出对高校《商务谈判》课程教学模式改革的一些建议及具体的做法,侧重从第二课堂的角度探讨将第一、第二课堂有机相结合,以提高商务谈判教学水平及学生的实践能力。
“Business Negotiation” is the core specialized course of finance, trade and management in colleges and universities. This course is comprehensive and involves a wide range of knowledge and focuses on cultivating students’ abilities to analyze and solve problems in order to cultivate comprehensive business negotiations Talent. Its importance is self-evident, but how teachers teach students how to learn in order to ultimately improve the teaching effectiveness of students’ ability to negotiate business has always been students, teachers explore the issue. Based on the comparative analysis of the teaching effects before and after carrying out the teaching practice activities, this paper puts forward some suggestions and concrete practices for the reform of the teaching mode of “Business Negotiation” in colleges and universities, focusing on the second classroom from the perspective of the first , The second classroom organic combination to improve business negotiation teaching level and students’ practical ability.
