颞叶癫痫常被称为精神运动性癫痫,发病率占所有癫痫的1/4～1/3,其临床表现复杂,部分病例诊断困难。现将我科1975～1984年诊治的119例报告于下。临床资料一、一般资料:本组男61例,女58例,男女之比为1.05:1。最小初发年龄1岁,最大79岁;其中年龄<5岁者5例,6～12岁28例,13～17岁22例,18岁以上64例。以<30岁者最多(91例,占76.5％)。病程<1年者18例。1～10年64例,11～20年26例,
