主研人员:李在铭 吴军蹄 王红卫 胡国华 刘镰斧 本成果所述的通信系统由图像档案主站、话路通道及用户站组成。在研制过程中解决了如下关键技术: 1)解决了自适应离散余弦变换步进传输编译码(ADCTP)技术,以高速TMS320C25实现了编译码器(CODEC);浏览可辩识图像压缩比为64:1。 2)建立了三个参数(图名、索引号和主题)表征的图像库,数据分步存档,能快速步进检索图像。
