输油管道安全运营是一项重要工作,为检测管道泄漏情况,设计一种基于MSP430的管道泄漏检测系统。该系统通过微线检漏传感器(MLLD Sensor)采集端口的电压高低来判断管道是否泄漏。通过DS18B20温度传感器和KE-260/210压力传感器分别采集管道温度和压力信息,最终由单片机汇总采集信息通过基于CC1101的无线通信模块发送给中继单元。本设计的原理简单、电路功耗低、检测结果相对可靠、对环境适应性强、具有很好的普适性。
The safe operation of oil pipelines is an important task. To detect pipe leakage, a pipe leak detection system based on MSP430 is designed. The system through the micro-leak detection sensor (MLLD Sensor) acquisition port voltage level to determine whether the pipeline leak. Through the DS18B20 temperature sensor and KE-260/210 pressure sensor to collect the pipeline temperature and pressure information, the final collection information collected by the microcontroller is sent to the relay unit through the CC1101-based wireless communication module. The design principle is simple, low power consumption circuit, the test results are relatively reliable, adaptable to the environment, with good universality.
