思想政治教育贯彻以人为本原则,是马克思主义以人为本思想的重要体现,是实践“三个代表”重要思想、落实科学发展观的根本要求,是提高思想政治教育实效性的重要途径。在实践中贯彻以人为本原则必须遵循思想品德活动规律,坚持政治性和教育性相结合,思想政治教育与实现人的物质利益相结合,创造良好的育人环境,实施渗透式、激励式思想政治教育。
Carrying out the people-oriented principle in ideological and political education is an important manifestation of Marxist people-oriented thinking. It is an essential requirement for practicing the important thought of “Three Represents” and implementing the scientific concept of development. It is an important way to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. In implementing the people-oriented principle in practice, we must follow the law of ideological and moral activities, adhere to the combination of politics and education, integrate ideological and political education with the realization of human material benefits, create a good environment for educating students, and implement permeated and inspiring ideological and political education .
