本文分析了CO_2的热物理特性,如流动性好、表面张力低、换热效率高。由于具有较大温度滑移的非凝结相变换热特性,使得CO_2尤其适合于热泵系统。此外,本文还研究了CO_2单转子压缩机设计关键技术;提出了一种能够应对大压差的可靠性结构。该结构与传统的转子压缩机相比,泄漏小、COP高,同时具有良好的可靠性,市场前景广阔。
This paper analyzes the thermal physical properties of CO_2, such as good fluidity, low surface tension and high heat transfer efficiency. CO 2 is particularly suitable for heat pump systems due to the non-condensing phase-changing thermal characteristics with greater temperature slip. In addition, this paper also studies the key technologies of CO 2 single rotor compressor design and proposes a reliability structure that can handle large pressure drop. Compared with the traditional rotor compressor, the structure has the advantages of small leakage, high COP, good reliability and broad market prospect.
