Anisodamine (654-2) is a commonly used clinical anti-shock drugs, but its mechanism of action is not yet clear. Most scholars believe that 654-2 through the dilation of blood vessels to treat shock. This article compared the efficacy of 654-2 and the alpha-blocker phenoxybenzamine (POB) on septic shock in rabbits to investigate the anti-shock mechanism of 654-2. Materials and Methods Male rabbits weighing 2.0-2.5 kg were given a median abdominal incision under 1% procaine local anesthesia. In the cecum wound around a thick rope, the thread leads to the abdominal wall, with a No. 8 needle in the proximal cecum of the threading of the non-vascular site stab 12 small
