目的 :探讨克霉唑阴道片对复发性阴道念球菌病的疗效。方法 :对 70例复发患者采用 5 0 0mg克霉唑阴道片每周 1次共 2周进行治疗 ,此后 ,将无症状患者随机分成两组 ,一组预防性用药每月 1次 (月经后 )共 2个月 ,未用药者为对照组。于预防性治疗后第 1个月和第 3个月随访评价疗效。结果 :70例患者中 6 2例 (88 5 7% )首次治疗后临床症状体征明显消退。于预防性治疗后第 1个月随访时 ,预防性治疗组与对照组的复发率分别为 6 %和 2 6 % ,第 3个月随访时 ,治疗组与对照组的复发率分别为 6 %和 2 9% (P <0 0 5 )。临床应用中无一例发生副作用。结论 :每月间断预防性应用 5 0 0mg克霉唑阴道片对防治复发性阴道念珠菌病有一定疗效 ,且使用方便。若将此药预防性治疗连用 4～ 6个月 ,可进一步降低复发率 Objective: To investigate the effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets on recurrent vaginal candidiasis.
