为探讨泰州地区菌痢菌群分布、耐药情况,我们对收治的197例大便痢疾杆菌培养阳性者进行了研究,现将结果报道如下。资料和结果1.病例选择:具有菌痢的典型临床症状;大便外观及镜检符合菌痢改变;大便培养有志贺菌属的痢疾杆菌生长。2.菌群分布:本组大便培养均采用SS培养。197株痢菌中,A群志贺氏菌仅1株;B群福氏菌178株。D群宋内氏菌18株。3.药敏试验:对113株福氏痢菌标本采用纸片法测定细菌药敏度,从附表可见福氏痢菌对临床上常用的16种抗菌药物的敏感性差异很大。
