为了研究在变载工况下,双激励(液压马达油压、液压缸钻压)与煤层岩性之间的转矩特性关系,建立了钻机的转矩传递模型,阐述了双激励的产生形式,分析了钻进煤层过程中钻具的受力状况,得出了双激励与煤层岩性之间的理论关系式。理论研究表明,可通过双激励的变化去预测煤层的性质。利用某型全液压坑道钻机搭建了试验平台,模拟变载工况下钻机对两种岩性钻探试样的双激励动态响应,试验结果揭示了岩层硬度与双激励存在正相关关系。研究结果可用于预测煤层的可钻性,为施钻工艺提供参考。
In order to study the torque characteristics of dual excitation (hydraulic motor hydraulic pressure, hydraulic pressure) and the lithology of coal seam under the condition of changing load, the torque transfer model of drilling rig is established and the formation form of double excitation , Analyzes the stress state of the drilling tool during the process of drilling the coal seam, and obtains the theoretical relation between the double stimulation and the coal seam lithology. Theoretical studies show that the nature of the coal seam can be predicted by the change of double excitation. A test platform was set up by using a certain type of fully hydraulic tunnel drilling rig to simulate the double excitation dynamic response of the drilling rig to the two lithology drilling samples under varying load conditions. The test results revealed a positive correlation between the rock hardness and double excitation. The results of the study can be used to predict the drillability of the coal seam and provide a reference for the drilling technology.
