科技与金融是经济发展的两大引擎,回顾人类社会每一次大的产业革命,都是源于科技创新,成于金融创新。科技与金融的结合对于经济增长的巨大推动作用已经得到了理论界的肯定。科技金融一词最早出现于1993年,《中华人民共和国技术进步法》通过后成立了科技金融促进会。从1993年至今,我国的科技金融工作不断地深入,科技金融的表现形式不断地丰富和完善。
Science and finance are the two major engines of economic development. Recalling that every major industrial revolution in human society derives from technological innovation and into financial innovation. The great impetus of economic growth by the combination of technology and finance has been affirmed by theorists. The term science and technology finance first appeared in 1993, and the People’s Republic of China’s Law on Technological Progress passed the establishment of the Science and Technology Finance Association. From 1993 to the present, China’s science and technology finance work has been continuously deepened, and the forms of science and technology finance have been constantly enriched and improved.
