宪法和法律是党和国家意志的最高形式,党的各级领导干部和广大党员都必须在宪法和法律规定的范围内活动。笔者认为,充分发挥人大及其常委会的作用,认真依法进行监督,对促进党风廉政建设可以发挥积极的作用。人大监督作用发挥得好,与党内监督应该是相辅相成、相得益彰的。 Constitution and law are the supreme forms of the will of the party and the state. The party’s leading cadres at all levels and the majority of party members must all act within the framework of the Constitution and laws. The author believes that giving full play to the role of the NPC and its standing committee and conducting supervision in strict accordance with the law can play an active role in promoting the building of party conduct and building an honest and clean government. The supervisory role of the NPC has been well played and should be complemented and supervised by each other within the party.
