冷轧厂是一个具有70年代世界先进水平的轧钢厂,生产经营活动过程复杂,各项管理工作难度极大。由此,导致其处理各项事务,开展各项工作的会议名目多,会议频繁,且会议时间冗长,这是工厂管理中的一个棘手的难题。随着TQC的不断深化和管理现代化的不断推进,必须加强会议管理,压缩各类会议,提高会议效率,降低会议成本。为此,我们尝试应用价值工程的原理和方法,进行VE分析,在1989年,使各类会议减少43.9%,降低会议成本一万四千多元,取得了价值工程的软应用成果。
Cold rolling mill is a world-advanced 70-year-old rolling mill with complicated production and operation activities and great difficulty in management. As a result, the conferences that led to its handling of various tasks and undertakings have many titles, frequent meetings and lengthy meetings, which is a thorny problem in factory management. With the continuous deepening of TQC and continuous promotion of management modernization, it is necessary to strengthen conference management, compress various types of conferences, improve the efficiency of conferences and reduce the costs of conferences. To this end, we try to apply the principles and methods of value engineering for VE analysis. In 1989, we reduced the number of conferences by 43.9%, reduced the cost of conferences by more than 14,000 yuan and achieved the results of soft application of value engineering.
