报业跨地区经营遇到的诸多难题中,主要有战略性的扩张模式的选择、扩张策略选择、扩张时机选择、扩张成本和异地管理等六大问题。分析这些难题的产生以及影响,可以得出结论:当前我国报业跨地区经营模式选择中,报纸的多版本模式和合作办报的模式较为可行;而在竞争策略选择上,则要根据各地报业市场的实际状况,进行多种策略的组合;如何处理好本土化问题是最现实的一环。
Among the many problems encountered in the trans-regional operation of newspapers, there are six major issues including the choice of a strategic expansion model, the choice of expansion strategies, the choice of opportunities for expansion, expansion costs and management in different places. Analysis of the emergence and impact of these problems leads to the conclusion that in the current cross-region business model selection of newspapers in our country, the multi-version mode of newspaper and the mode of cooperation and reporting are more feasible. In terms of competition strategy selection, The actual situation of the industry market, the combination of a variety of strategies; how to deal with the localization of the most realistic part.
