目的:观察温脾补肾方对生长期大鼠骨代谢及骨形态的影响。方法:将50只4周龄SD大鼠随机均分为5组:空白对照组、益肾补骨液组及温脾补肾方低、中、高剂量组,共给药70 d。给药结束后采血测定血清生化指标:钙、磷、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶、骨碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素及骨保护素;取股骨制作病理切片,观察骨形态学变化并进行骨组织计量学评价。结果:与空白对照组比较,温脾补肾方各组血清钙、磷、骨碱性磷酸酶及骨钙素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);温脾补肾方低、高剂量组血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶含量显著升高(P<0.05);温脾补肾方各组骨保护素含量均显著升高(P<0.01);温脾补肾方高剂量组骨小梁宽度、面积百分比及骨小梁数量显著增加(P<0.05);温脾补肾方中、低剂量组骨小梁分离度显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。骨组织形态学观察以温脾补肾方高剂量组效果最佳。结论:温脾补肾方可增加生长期大鼠骨代谢、改变骨形态,且与剂量及给药时间有一定的正相关性。
Objective: To observe the effect of Wenpi Bushen Recipe on the bone metabolism and bone morphogenesis in the developing rats. Methods: Fifty four-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group, Yishen Bugu liquid group and Wenpi Bushen Fang low, medium and high dose group for a total of 70 days. The trabecular separation of WBP group was significantly lower (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Bone morphological observation with the best effect of Wenpi Bushen Fang high dose group. Conclusion: WBP can increase bone metabolism in rats during the growth phase and change the bone morphogenesis, and has some positive correlation with the dosage and the time of administration.
