随着我国经济的不断发展,对行政事业单位的管理制度也在逐步地改革。国家政府为了提高居民服务水平,财政部在2012年11月份颁布《行政事业单位内部控制规范(试行)》,并于2014年1月1日起开始施行,这一规范是针对行政事业单位内部控制工作而提出的,对行政事业单位的发展既是机遇也是挑战。因此内部控制制度的建设和实施对行政事业单位的发展具有重大影响,它不仅可以提升行政事业单位在社会群众内心的形象,又可以促进我国现代化社会的和谐发展。本文主要是对行政事业单位内部控制工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相关的解决措施,以提高行政事业单位的服务质量。
With the constant development of our economy, the management system of administrative institutions is gradually being reformed. In order to improve the service level of residents, the Ministry of National Government promulgated the “Standard for Internal Control of Public Institutions (Trial Implementation)” in November 2012 and implemented it on January 1, 2014. Therefore, the construction and implementation of the internal control system have a significant impact on the development of administrative institutions. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the internal control of the administrative institutions, and puts forward the relevant solutions to improve the service quality of the administrative institutions.
