每一位指导员从开始任职到成长为一个出色的基层主官,其任职心理也是逐渐成长趋于成熟的,大致可分为四个时期: 一、转换期。亦即任职初期。当前,部队选用指导员大致有两个渠道。一是院校基层政治工作专业的毕业生。这部分同志对担任指导员职务的心理和思想准备,实际上从入校伊始就开始了。再一种是从其他岗位挑选任职的人员。他们中大部分对担任指导员的心理准备明显不足,因而,要实现心理认可,需要较长时间。要顺利实现角色转换,需要解决好两个问题,即角色认知和角色期望。前者是指明确指导
