At present, the situation in a world of treacherous treasures makes every ocean country in the world strengthen its control of the oceans while vigorously developing its economy. For maritime countries, navigation and the fate of the country together, lost the sea and navigation, then she is equal to self-breaking tendons, the consequences are self-evident. In recent years, although the Chinese economy has been sang triumphantly, the haze shrouded in the hearts of the Chinese people has not been dissipated. China is a large maritime and navigational power, but she still appears too weak and does not have enough voice. July 11, 2006, is China’s second navigable day. At this moment, there is an additional excitement and expectation from the Chinese people because China is too far away from the sea and too long to carry on.
