对于网球项目来说,核心力量决定着运动员在移动、挥拍过程中身体姿势的稳定性和挥臂动作的协调性、速度等因素,这是保证运动员技术稳定发挥的前提。传统的力量练习对于增加肌肉体积、收缩力量确实具有很大的作用,而核心力量训练则能作用于运动员身体核心部位的深层控制系统,从而使运动员能更好地控制身体平衡。文章旨在探讨核心力量训练与传统力量训练的关系,并通过生物力学、解剖学原理来认识核心力量训练,阐述核心力量训练的方法。
For the tennis project, the core force determines the stability of the body posture and the coordination and speed of the arm movements during the movement and swing of the athlete. This is the prerequisite for ensuring the technical stability of the athlete. While traditional strength exercises do a great job of increasing muscle mass and contracting power, core strength training can act on deep control systems at the heart of an athlete’s body, giving the athlete better body balance. The purpose of this article is to explore the relationship between core strength training and traditional strength training, to understand core strength training through biomechanics and anatomy, and to elaborate the method of core strength training.
