根据文献〔1〕报导,我们进一步研究了As与DTPM的反应条件。目前,本法是光度测定砷中最灵敏的方法之一,且反应的选择性较好,能不经预分离直接测定大苏打及洗硫废水中的砷,方法简便快速,准确度较高。 (一)主要试剂及仪器砷标堆溶液:由As_2O_3配制成10μg砷/ml。DTPM溶液(10~(-3)M):DTPM按文献〔2〕〔3〕〔4〕制备、纯化。其配制方法是将0.1052gDTPM溶于65ml DMF中,加入乙醇65ml,然后用水稀释至250ml. Unicam SP500型分光光度计,2cm石英比色皿。
