目的:观察布拉酵母菌散联合康复新液治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:102例活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组给予康复新液灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用布拉酵母菌散口服。两组疗程均为8周。观察两组的疗效和药品不良反应发生情况,比较两组患者治疗前后内镜下溃疡性结肠炎活动度评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,及活检肠黏膜Geboes指数变化。结果:观察组总有效率为92.16%,高于对照组的74.51%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组内镜下溃疡性结肠炎活动度评分、血清TNF-α和CRP水平、活检肠黏膜Geboes指数等指标均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药品不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布拉酵母菌散联合康复新液治疗活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者症状、体征,降低患者血清炎性因子水平,且安全性好,值得临床研究推广。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of Bladderworm Powder combined with Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. Methods: 102 patients with active mild to moderate ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 51 cases each. The control group was given Kangfu Xinye enema treatment. The observation group was given oral administration of buracomycin powder on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The curative effect and adverse drug reaction were observed in two groups. The endoscopic ulcerative colitis activity score, serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Changes in mucosal Geboes index. Results: The total effective rate in observation group was 92.16%, which was higher than 74.51% in control group (P <0.05). After treatment, ulcerative colitis score, serum TNF-α and CRP levels, and Geboes index of biopsy intestinal mucosa in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the above indexes in the observation group were all low In the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Bala Ye yeast powder and Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of active and moderate ulcerative colitis has significant curative effect, which can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients and reduce the level of serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with good safety. It is worth to be popularized clinically.
