目的:探讨改进外科手术患者健康教育的具体方法与实施效果。方法:选取2015年10月~2016年10月收治的外科手术患者160例,随机分为两组各80例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组采用改进健康教育方法,比较两组患者健康教育知识掌握情况及对健康教育的满意度。结果:观察组疾病相关知识、常规临床检查、手术注意事项、疼痛评估与管理、饮食与营养、早期活动与锻炼等各个方面得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对健康教育的满意度为92.50%,高于对照组的78.75%(P<0.05)。结论:改进外科病房患者健康教育方法,有利于提高健康教育效果,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To discuss the specific methods and effects of improving health education in surgical patients. Methods: A total of 160 surgical patients admitted between October 2015 and October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups of 80 cases. The control group was given routine health education. The observation group was given the method of improving health education. The health education was compared between the two groups Knowledge mastery and satisfaction with health education. Results: The scores of disease-related knowledge, routine clinical examination, surgical precautions, pain assessment and management, diet and nutrition, early activity and exercise in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) The satisfaction rate was 92.50%, higher than that in the control group (78.75%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Improving the method of health education for patients in surgical wards is beneficial to improve the effect of health education and improve patient satisfaction.
