党中央、国务院明确指出,要充分发挥学生党员在大学生思想政治教育中的骨干带头作用和先锋模范作用,高校基层党组织是培养高素质党员的基地,党建工作的效果直接关系党和国家未来党员的质量。基于此,从现代学校制度的角度,揭示当前高校基层党建工作的问题,结合现代学校制度的特点,提出高校基层党建工作的几点创新建议。

Based on this, from the perspective of modern school system, the author reveals the current problems of grassroots party building in colleges and universities and puts forward some innovative suggestions of grass-roots party building in colleges and universities with the characteristics of modern school system.
