休克为临床常见的急症。属中医“脱证”,“厥证”的范围。我院在中西医结合的医疗实践中,从1973年12月开始,用复方闹洋花(中麻药)针剂治疗感染性休克及各种不同原因的休克病人78例,收到一定效果,现小结报告如下。一、一般资料休克诊断条件: (一) 四肢厥冷,肤色苍白或紫绀;脉搏细速,超过100次/分,或触不清;尿量少于30毫升/小时,或尿闭。(二) 动脉收缩压低于80毫米汞柱;收缩压虽高
