介绍了利用气体击穿获取窄脉冲微波的理论基础、实验方法及实验结果。利用气体击穿获取窄脉冲微波是提高微波效应源性能的一种较为有效的辅助手段,其费效比较低,能够较好地为当前的高功率微波效应实验服务。
The theoretical basis, experimental methods and experimental results for obtaining narrow pulse microwaves by gas breakdown are introduced. The use of gas breakdown to obtain narrow pulse microwave is a more effective auxiliary means to improve the performance of microwave source, which has a relatively low cost efficiency and can better serve the current high-power microwave effect experiment.
