本文介绍在试验架上进行井底场液流流动规律、喷嘴组合方式对排屑量的影响及井底场压力和速度等物理特性的研究。通过试验架与现场试验,证明单喷嘴钻头的优越性,并分析总结了使用单喷嘴钻头的技术问题。
In this paper, we introduce the law of flow at the bottom of field on the test stand, the influence of the nozzle combination on the displacement of the chip, and the physical properties such as the bottom hole field pressure and velocity. Through the test stand and field test, the superiority of the single nozzle bit is proved, and the technical problems of using the single nozzle bit are analyzed and summarized.
