作者通过自行提取尿THP,制备抗THP抗体,在此基础上建立电疫扩散技术定量测定尿THP含量方法及采用自制的荧光标记的抗人THP抗体检测尿THP包裹游离细胞,以研究对肾脏疾病及尿路疾病诊断与鉴别诊断有重要临床价值。方法实用、经济、简便、可靠,容易推广基层医疗单位应用。此外,对THP诱导小管-间质性肾炎的致病作用进行了动物模型制作成功,并初步作了免疫发病机理及防治等一系列研究,进一步证实THP肾损害作用。经鉴定认为该研究为该病的发病机理和防治提供了理论依据,为今后开展该病研究打下了
By extracting urinary THP and preparing anti-THP antibody, we established a method for the quantitative determination of THP content by using the electro-immunodiffusion technique and the detection of THP-encapsulated free cells by using fluorescent anti-human THP antibody. And urinary tract disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis of important clinical value. The method is practical, economical, simple, reliable and easy to promote the application of primary medical units. In addition, THP-induced tubulointerstitial nephritis pathogenic role of the animal model made successful, and initially made a series of studies on the pathogenesis and prevention of immune, and further confirmed THP renal damage.
