通过问卷调查、专家访谈、数据统计等方法,对广东省60所初、高中学校《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》(以下简称《标准》)实施工作状况、存在的问题进行调研。结果显示:广东省学校的办学条件存在二极化,珠三角地区优于粤东、粤西、粤北;省、市重点示范学校办学,特别是学校体育教学,师资结构等条件明显优于普通学校;但总体来看学校都存在体育场地、设施不足,《标准》测试场地达不到基本要求的情况;开展《标准》测试工作经费缺乏,投入严重不足,体育教师积极性不高。加大贫困区域特别是县、乡(镇)普通学校的经费投入和提高教师的学历结构是迫在眉捷的工作;加强《标准》宣传、培训,完善制度建设,强化《标准》抽查复核比对工作力度,因地制宜,鼓励社会资源参与等措施,是广东省学校《标准》可持续发展,提高学生体质健康的重要因素。

Increasing the funding for ordinary schools in poverty-stricken areas, especially in counties and townships (townships), and enhancing the academic qualifications of teachers are pressing tasks; strengthening the propaganda and training of “standards”, improving the system construction, and strengthening the “standard” It is an important factor for the sustainable development of “Standards” and the improvement of students’ physical health in schools in Guangdong Province for such measures as intensity of work, adaptation to local conditions and encouragement of social resources participation.
