2012年3月,“孟晓东语文生长课堂工作室”成立,一群富有梦想和智慧的教师聚到了一起。在孟晓东“生长性”语文课堂教学观的引领下,工作室秉持“教师素质决定课堂变化”的信念,倡导让学生站立在课堂中央,努力践行“充满生命活力和生长张力”的课堂。“相约名师”的追寻、“同课异构”的锤炼、“工作室联动”的思辨、“送教到校”的担当,成员们共同探索、积极实践、蓬勃生长。每一项系列活动的推进、每一个思维碰撞的现场,都给人以激情、以省思、以启迪。它提升着工作室每一位成员的教学敏锐度,也影响辐射到全区、全市乃至周边市区的学校。
March 2012, “Meng Xiaodong language growth classroom studio” was established, a group of teachers with rich dreams and wisdom together.
