目的:探讨小儿肾母细胞瘤、髓母细胞瘤中p-糖蛋白的表达和意义.方法:应用SABC免疫组化方法检测46例肾母细胞瘤,25例髓母细胞瘤组织中Pgp蛋白的表达.结果:7例(15.2%)肾母细胞瘤呈阳性反应,11例(44.0%)髓母细胞瘤呈阳性反应.在与临床病理指标的相关分析中发现,肾母细胞瘤Pgp异常表达与化疗,NWTS-Ⅱ病理分型呈显著性相关(P<0.05),与NWTS-Ⅲ临床病理分期无显著性相关(P>0.05).髓母细胞瘤Pgp异常表达与病理分型无显著性相关(P>0.05).结论:肾母细胞瘤中Pgp表达可通过化疗而诱导,Pgp与肾母细胞瘤的病理分型相关,肾母细胞瘤恶变过程中,Pgp的表达得到加强,Pgp可作为肾母细胞瘤的恶性和预后指标.Pgp表达与髓母细胞瘤的病理分型无关.
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of p-glycoprotein in pediatric nephroblastoma and medulloblastoma. Methods: The expression of Pgp protein in 46 cases of Wilms’ tumor and 25 cases of medulloblastoma was detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results: Seven cases (15.2%) of nephroblastoma were positive and 11 cases (44.0%) of medulloblastoma were positive. Correlation analysis showed that the abnormal expression of Pgp in nephroblastoma was significantly correlated with chemotherapy and NWTS-II pathological classification (P <0.05), but not with the clinicopathological stage of NWTS-III (P> 0.05). The abnormal expression of Pgp in medulloblastoma was not correlated with pathological type (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Pgp in Wilms’ tumor can be induced by chemotherapy. Pgp is related to the pathological type of Wilms’ tumor. The expression of Pgp is enhanced during the malignant transformation of Wilms’ tumor. Pgp can be used as malignant nephroblastoma And prognostic indicators. Pgp expression was not related to the pathological typing of medulloblastoma.
