目的本文以探讨性的方式论述了当前规范完善病案信息管理的意义、重要作用、以及还需重视的几项工作,力求从规范、完善的角度达到使信息管理工作更好地适应病案信息快速发展的要求和进一步提高病案信息利用水平的目的。方法通过剖析、总结、充实、完善使病案信息管理内容更趋规范、合理,更有利于实际工作的需要。结果建立有利于信息提取、利用的有效管理模式,以及避免由于管理缺失而造成的遗漏和不足。结论夯实病案信息管理利用基础,规范完善病案信息管理制度,更好地促进病案信息管理工作健康快速发展。
The purpose of this paper discusses the significance of the current norms to improve the medical record information management, the important role, as well as the need to pay attention to several tasks, from a normative and perfect point of view to achieve the information management to better adapt to the rapid development of medical information The requirements and further improve the utilization of medical record information.
