通过测定不同相对湿度下样品的介电频谱,研究了MDF材料介电极化和损耗机制与环境湿度的关系,探讨了不同湿度下材料内高价离子的迁移性及其对介电性能的影响.结果表明:MDF材料在低相对湿度下的损耗由载流子屏蔽跳跃引起,在高相对湿度下,由水溶性的聚合物和界面区水化产物构成的亲水介质形成了离子扩散和迁移的快速通道,导致材料介电性能的显著劣化.
By measuring the dielectric spectra of samples at different relative humidities, the relationship between the dielectric polarization and loss mechanisms of MDF materials and ambient humidity was studied, and the mobility of the high-valent ions in the material under different humidity and its influence on the dielectric properties were investigated. The results show that the loss of MDF material at low relative humidity is caused by carrier hopping. At high relative humidity, the hydrophilic medium composed of water-soluble polymer and hydration products in the interfacial region forms ion diffusion and migration. The fast channel leads to a significant deterioration of the dielectric properties of the material.
