冬虫夏草头孢菌体是由浙江省中药研究所采用生物工程深层发酵技术得到的冬虫夏草头孢菌体,与天然冬虫夏草化学成分的比较相近。作者已于1986年发表过虫草头孢菌体的氨基酸,麦角甾醇含量要比天然虫草高出一倍,D—甘露醇含量低30%,微量元素含量则较接近。据报道从购自西藏的冬虫夏草的子座中分到次黄嘌呤核苷、胸腺嘧啶,尿嘧啶腺苷杂有少量乌嘌呤的次黄嘌呤。以次黄嘌呤的含量最高,自虫体中得到微量次黄嘌呤,乌嘌呤,腺嘌呤和腺苷,但未报道含量值。
Cordyceps cephalospora is a Cordyceps cephalosporin obtained from Zhejiang Institute of Chinese Materia Medica using biological engineering deep fermentation technology, which is similar to the natural chemical composition of Cordyceps sinensis. The authors published the amino acids of the cephalosporin of Cordyceps militaris in 1986. The content of ergosterol was twice as high as that of natural Cordyceps, and the content of D-mannitol was 30% lower. The content of trace elements was closer. It has been reported that hypoxanthine, thymidine, and uracil adenine have a small amount of hypoxanthine in the sub-bases of Cordyceps sinensis purchased from Tibet. The content of hypoxanthine was the highest, and trace hypoxanthine, guanine, adenine and adenosine were obtained from the insect body, but the content value was not reported.
