<正> 随着人们生活水平的提高和对食品安全、营养、保健意识的增强,人们对安全、优质、无污染的绿色果品的需求愈 来愈强烈。我国加入WTO后,为增强果品在国际市场上的竞争力和出口创汇能力,大力发展绿色果品生产,研究推广绿色果品生产的配套技术已刻不容缓。本文就绿色果品生产存在的问题及生产技术谈几点看法。 一、发展绿色果品的必要性 绿色果品是绿色食品的一个组成部分。目前,我国的绿色食品分AA级和A级,生产加工必须符合绿色食品的操作规程,产地必须符合绿色食品生态环
