面对国有工业行业分布面过广、内部结构不合理的现状，我国国有工业结构的调整应该是逐步收缩战线、集中力量、突出重点，即保持在基础产业、垄断性行业和一些特殊行业的垄断地泣，控制住重要行业的龙头企业，逐步退出一般竞争性行业。同时也要对结构调整中出现的一些问题予以足够的重视，如国有资产流失、职工下岗再就业、“抓大放小”等。
Faced with the status quo of the excessively wide distribution and irrational internal structure of the state-owned industrial industry, the readjustment of China’s state-owned industrial structure should be a gradual contraction of the front line, a concentration of forces, and a focus on maintaining the monopoly of basic industries, monopolized industries, and special industries. Weeping, control leading enterprises in important industries, and gradually withdraw from the general competitive industry. At the same time, we must also attach sufficient importance to some issues arising from structural adjustments, such as the loss of state-owned assets, the reemployment of laid-off workers, and the ability to “grasp large and small” projects.
