西安铁路局围绕第六次大面积提速,加强工务系统安全基础建设,拨移线间距和调整线路纵坡,更换可动心轨道岔,利用全站仪校核提速区段道岔、线路平纵断面位置,正线铺设跨区间无缝线路,采用探地雷达等物探方法对路基进行检测。在提速线路基础改造方面,铺设百米定尺钢轨无缝线路约20?km,研究完成“提高钢轨伤损发现率”等13项安全成果,创造性地采用挖掘机对既有道床进行彻底清挖,采用路基检测新技术对路基进行普查。制定《200~250?km/h提速区段设备检修和安全管理办法》和《西安铁路局〈铁路200?km/h既有线技术管理暂行办法〉补充规定》,明确西宝提速区段设备检修标准和施工管理办法。
