本文为国内外首次报道从我国引种的西洋参茎叶中,经提取、大孔树脂吸附,除杂质后得纯度较高的总皂苷。将此总皂苷又以硅胶柱层析,经洗脱、分离,最后分得纯单一化合物。按常规测定物理常数、水解反应;又通过一维~1H、~(13)C 核磁共振谱,二维~(13)C—~1H 远程异核化学位移、~(13)C—~1H 异核化学位移、~1H—~1H 同核化学位移等相关谱,以及质谱的测定,最后确定以奥科提罗醇(0cotillol)为配基的拟人参皂苷—RT_5(pseudoginsenoside—RT_5)的分子结构。
This article reports for the first time at home and abroad that the ginseng stems and leaves introduced from China have been extracted and adsorbed by macroporous resin. After removing impurities, the total saponins with high purity are obtained. The total saponins were further subjected to silica gel column chromatography, eluted, separated, and finally separated into pure single compounds. Determine physical constants and hydrolysis reactions as usual; pass one-dimensional ~1H, ~(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, two-dimensional ~(13)C—~1H long-range heteronuclear chemical shift, ~(13)C—~1H Nuclear chemical shifts, ~1H-~1H homonuclear chemical shifts, and other correlation spectra, as well as mass spectrometry, were used to determine the molecular structure of pseudoginsenoside-RT_5 (RT_5) with ocotillol as a ligand. .
