针对核电机组中的汽水分离器用波纹板,采用计算流体力学方法对不同结构波纹板模型进行了数值模拟,分析了波纹板内流场的特点,并与试验结果进行了对比.结果表明:数值计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,数值计算可以较准确地模拟波纹板中的流场;流动分离是造成波纹板压力损失的主要因素.
Aiming at the corrugated board of steam separator in nuclear power plant, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to simulate the corrugated board with different structures, and the characteristics of the flow field in the corrugated board are analyzed and compared with the experimental results.The results show that numerical calculation The results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Numerical calculation can accurately simulate the flow field in the corrugated board. Flow separation is the main factor that causes the pressure loss of the corrugated board.
