丁集煤矿第一开采水平为-860 m,煤体强度低,煤巷帮部松散破碎范围普遍较大,加上顶板为厚层软弱复合顶板,矿井深部煤巷支护问题日益突出。以丁集煤矿1311(1)工作面深部煤巷为研究对象,分析了深部煤巷围岩的变形特征,提出了一套适合深部围岩控制的煤巷锚杆强化支护思路,通过实测矿压数据分析验证,所采取的支护参数有效的维护了深部煤巷的长期稳定,满足了矿井安全生产的要求。
The first mining level of Dingji coal mine is -860 m. The strength of coal body is low. The range of loose and broken coal gangway is generally large. Combined with the thick and weak roof, the coal mine roadway support problem becomes increasingly prominent. Taking deep coal roadway in 1311 (1) face of Dingji coal mine as the research object, the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in deep coal roadway are analyzed and a set of train of thought is proposed to strengthen bolt support of coal roadway which is suitable for deep surrounding rock control. Pressure data analysis and verification, the support parameters taken to effectively maintain the long-term stability of deep coal roadway to meet the requirements of mine safety production.
