笔者针对部分农村初中实验教学不佳的现状,特提出建立学生家庭实验室的举措,以期引起同仁对家庭实验室建设的关注。一、农村初中实验教学的现状1.学校领导和教师对实验教学的态度。目前,部分农村初中实验室未设专职管理人员,往往由科学教师兼任,导致维护保养不能及时到位,更谈不上发展、创新。为求校园安全,学校领导规定不能随意开设实验,人员不能随意进出实验室,仪器、药品的取用须申领
