宪法乃国家最根本的大法,而宪法监督则是监督的根本。增强全民的宪法意识;建立科学的宪法监督机制;加强和完善宪法监督程序;扩大宪法监督范围;明确违宪责任等,都是能够完善我国宪法监督制度的关键所在。本文首先以我国宪法监督的现状进为切入点,进一步分析了我国宪法监督机制所存在的问题,最后提出完善我国宪法监督机制的相关策略。
Constitution is the most fundamental law of the country, while constitutional supervision is the foundation of supervision. Strengthening the constitutional awareness of all the people; establishing a scientific constitutional supervision mechanism; strengthening and improving the constitutional supervision procedure; expanding the scope of constitutional supervision; and clearly defining the responsibility of constitutional violation are all the key points that can perfect our country’s constitutional supervision system. This article starts with the status quo of constitutional supervision in our country, further analyzes the problems existing in our country’s constitutional supervision mechanism, and finally puts forward some strategies to improve the constitutional supervision mechanism in our country.
