我们用两个气动正微分器改装成“大庆Ⅰ型气动前馈调节器”,通过性能试验,达到预想要求。随后,我们到大庆石油化工总厂气体分馏车间进行现场应用试验。在分馏车间和仪表车间的领导与支持下,在回流罐压力与液面的相关前馈调节上获得初步良好效果。现简单介绍于下。一、大庆Ⅰ型气动前馈调节器的结构和原理我们用两个QTW-200型气动正微分器稍加改装,如图1所示。它实质上是可调静态放大系数的反、正微分器的串联;上半截就是反微分器,下半截就是正微分器,两个恒节流孔外加堵头R_2, R_2~′可改变静态放大系数。
We use two pneumatic positive differentiators converted into “Daqing type Ⅰ pneumatic feedforward regulator”, through the performance test, to achieve the desired requirements. Subsequently, we went to Daqing Petrochemical Plant gas fractionation workshop for field application test. Under the leadership and support of the fractionation workshop and the instrumentation workshop, preliminary good results were obtained on the feedforward adjustment of pressure and liquid level of the reflux pot. First, Daqing type Ⅰ pneumatic feedforward regulator structure and principle We use two QTW-200 type pneumatic differentiator slightly modified, as shown in Figure 1. It is essentially adjustable static magnification coefficient of the anti-differentiator series; the upper half is the anti-differentiator, the lower half is the positive differentiator, two constant orifice plus plug R_2, R_2 ~ ’can change the static amplification coefficient.
