目的探讨外伤性白内障的手术时机、术式及术后临床效果.方法回顾性分析40例(40眼)外伤性白内障患者的临床资料.全部患者均选择恰当时机及合适的手术方式行手术治疗,并对其疗效进行分析.结果术后随访6-12月,所有患者术后视力均有提高,均未见严重并发症.结论外伤性白内障根据眼部外伤的不同情况,选择不同的手术时机及术式,均可获得较满意的手术疗效.
